Mehmet Uğur Aydın is a concert promoter and artist booking agent based in Baku, and the founder of iTicket Production — the live-entertainment arm of iTicket Global, the ticketing and event group operating across Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Morocco and Kyrgyzstan.
Since founding iTicket Production in 2018, Uğur has promoted the biggest commercial concert in Baku Olympic Stadium's history with Justin Timberlake, stadium shows for Imagine Dragons, and the official entertainment programme of the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix — J Balvin, Will Smith, Black Coffee, Martin Garrix, Anyma, Glass Animals, Calvin Harris and Katy Perry at the Baku City Circuit. In 2026 he took Kanye West to Almaty Arena, Kazakhstan.
His work spans the full promoter chain: negotiating directly with the world's leading agencies, structuring offers and contracts, financing and ticketing the show through the group's proprietary platform, and delivering turnkey production on the ground — stage, technical crew, hospitality and show-day operations. Multi-country tours for Tarkan and Mahmut Orhan across Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan established a repeatable regional touring model where none existed.
Between 2022 and 2026 he also built and led iTicket Türkiye, the group's Istanbul-based ticketing and promotion business, bringing 3D seat selection to the Turkish market and promoting headline shows such as Limp Bizkit in Istanbul.
Uğur works in Turkish, Azerbaijani, English and Russian, and speaks the language of agents, federations, sponsors and governments alike. If you are an artist, agency or brand looking at the Caspian, Central Asia or North Africa, he is the promoter who has already done it there.
